Having been a resident in the Conejo Valley for over 30 years and raising my son here, I have a passionate love for this community. I have received many awards of excellence, including: Chairman's Circle (attained by only 2% of Agents Nationwide) and President's Circle. Most of my clients are either referrals or repeat clients. It is critical to listen to buyers’ needs in order to find them the best fit within our communities. My sellers are provided with extensive marketing and assertive action to obtain the most exposure for their properties. A large part of the benefit I bring is in negotiation and during the escrow period. For this reason, I do not use a “team” of assistants to care for my clients and pass my files on to once a property is listed. Being completely hands on assures that each transaction is handled with the personal attention and care that provides a smooth transition with clear communication between all parties.
